Refund Timeline
7+ Calendar Days Before Event: 100% Refund of the conference fee.
6 to 3 Calendar Days Before Event: 50% Refund of the participation fee.
Fewer than 3 Calendar Days Before Event: Non-refundable.
Please note: If a cancellation is not communicated in writing via email prior to the 3-day window, the participation fee cannot be refunded.
